Earlier this year, True Prodigy added three appraisal districts, Rockwall CAD, Wharton CAD and Cameron CAD, to its growing list of clients using Prodigy Appraisal.

 

Rockwall County Appraisal District, located in Rockwall, Texas, has 49,968 parcels and represents 18 taxing units.Wharton County Appraisal District, located in Wharton, Texas has 42,000 parcels with 23 taxing units. And Cameron County Appraisal District, located in San Benito, Texas has 220,000 parcels with 44 taxing units.

 

These three new clients have already installed Prodigy Appraisal and going through their first appraisal cycle. True Prodigy utilized its remote training capability during the implementation which allowed customer staff to get trained quickly from the convenience of their appraisal district or home office. In addition, remote training allows participants to learn at their own pace and after the live training, have the ability to review pre-recorded video sessions.

 

For each of these implementations, True Prodigy assigned a dedicated transition team that provided the needed attention and product knowledge to make each office implementation successful.
