True Prodigy Signs Two Additional Texas Appraisal District Offices 

(Dallas) Friday, August 28, 2020 

True Prodigy® continues to expand its Texas Appraisal District customer base with the addition of two appraisal districts. Eight clients have signed contracts to use the new Prodigy Appraisal solution. These two new offices selected Prodigy Appraisal after understanding the wide variety of functionality and innovation available in the True Prodigy Suite, and weighing the benefits of cloud-based technology.  

The names of the districts will be released upon implementation. The first new office, with seven employees and an approximately 77,000 parcels, is slated for installation in late 2021. The second new office, with 13 employees and approximately 45,000 parcels, will have the software installed in 2022. 

Prodigy Appraisal represents a new generation of computer-aided mass appraisal (CAMA) software for the state of Texas. This new software combines an agile software development approach with the latest capabilities including web-app stack design, cloud computing, open API, data visualizations, business intelligence, mobile-ready, responsive design, and many other innovative features that modern appraisal districts need today. This agile methodology allows True Prodigy to release software at a faster pace than what was previously possible by legacy providers.

During the installation process, True Prodigy is focused on a dedicated transition that provides the needed attention and product understanding to make each office successful. These installations are successful by limiting the number of new clients we will support in a year. One remaining installation spot is currently available for 2022.
